Virtual Craft Therapy

Craft Therapy is a therapeutic support group for people in Arkansas who love crafting (especially knitting or crochet!) and who are dealing with stress, anxiety, or depression. Holly is an experienced knitter and crocheter, and is a licensed psychological examiner. As such, she loves nerding out over great yarns and projects, *and* digging into how and why people are the way they are- and how people can make important changes in their lives. Craft Therapy is a chance to get together with other women who appreciate good yarn & crafts, and who understand what it’s like to wrestle with mental health – with a therapist along the way to guide discussions.

Since covid-19 has led to needing physical distancing, the group will be held online! Complete the contact form or email to sign up or ask any questions.

Every Tuesday Morning at 10am.

April 14 – May 26.

$15/session paid weekly
